- All orders are processed within 4-5 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan via trusted courier services.
- Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping charges may vary based on the size and weight of the order.
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (check our banner or homepage for offers).

💳 Payment Methods
We support multiple secure payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in most cities.
- Bank Transfer / Online Payment – Details will be shared on checkout.
- Easypaisa / JazzCash – Accepted upon request.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with invoice for return or exchange.
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the mistake is on our part.
- Custom or special order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- After-sale service, replacement, or warranty claims will only be accepted if the product is submitted along with its original packaging/box. Products without original packaging will not be eligible for after-sale service.

❗ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may proceed with a return after delivery, as per our policy.
