Refund policy

1. Return Policy:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes our inspection.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

3. Replacement Policy:

• If the product is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement within 5 year of purchase.
• Replacements are subject to product availability.
• Products returned without their original packaging/box will not be eligible for replacement or after-sales service.

4. Exceptions:

• Customized products or items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
